- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at email@example.com letting us know to look out for the damaged/returned item (include order #) and send it back to the address below. We will ship you a new item upon arrival of the returned item.
If there is an issue with the product (design, size, quantity, or garment flaw), I heart Awareness will reprint & reship the product.
However, We require visual confirmation to process all requests. Please take a picture of the product showing the damage, like this:
